Policy

We want this event to be safe, fun, respectful and welcoming for everyone attending. By entering the event, all attendees agree to follow these policies and any instructions given by event staff, DJs or security.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, removal from the event without refund, temporary bans from future events or permanent bans depending on severity.

Safety

Your health matters most. If you're at risk of heat stroke or any other medical emergency, remove your fursuit/costume immediately, no matter where you are. Notify event staff if you or someone you notice are in need of medical assistance.

You are responsible for your own belongings and valuables are not to be left out of sight. Any lounges at the event are not guarded.

*Malicious photography: photography in no-camera zones, compromising or very unflattering imagery of attendees, DJs or staff, or photography of someone who has explicitly informed that they wish not to be captured.
