01 Respect & Conduct
- Treat all attendees, staff, DJs, artists and venue workers with respect.
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, discrimination or unwanted attention is not allowed.
- No hate speech, slurs or discriminatory behavior related to race, nationality, gender identity, sexuality, disability, religion or appearance.
- Respect personal space and boundaries at all times.
- “No” means no. Silence or uncertainty is not consent.
- Excessive disruptive behavior, aggressive conduct or intentionally making others uncomfortable may result in removal.
02 Consent Policy
- Consent is mandatory for all physical contact.
- Always ask before:
- Hugging
- Touching fursuits
- Taking close-up photos
- Recording videos while focused on individuals
- Engaging in flirtatious or suggestive interaction
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Intoxication is not consent.
- Any reports of harassment, sexual harassment or assault will be taken seriously and may be escalated to venue security or law enforcement.
03 Age Restrictions
- This event is strictly 18+ unless otherwise announced.
- Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.
- Sharing alcohol with underage attendees is prohibited.
- Anyone found using a fake ID will be removed.
04 Alcohol & Substance Use
- Follow all Swedish laws and venue rules regarding alcohol.
- Possession, consumption or sale of illegal substances is not allowed.
- Public intoxication, dangerous behavior or inability to care for yourself may result in removal.
- GO W!LD staff may deny entry or remove attendees who appear dangerously intoxicated.
05 Fursuits, Costumes & Dress Codes
Safety
- Fursuits and costumes must allow safe movement and visibility.
- Props must be lightweight and non-dangerous.
- No realistic weapons or hazardous props.
- Oversized costumes may be restricted in crowded areas.
- Cooling breaks and hydration are strongly encouraged.
Your health matters most. If you're at risk of heat stroke or any other medical emergency, remove your fursuit/costume immediately, no matter where you are. Notify event staff if you or someone you notice are in need of medical assistance.
Dress codes
- “Poodling” is fully allowed at our events. It's also a great way to cool down while in a crowded space.
- Attendees may not wear clothes that are overly revealing, inappropriate, have safety risks or can cause common allergic reactions.

- Body paint must be smear-proof.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your own belongings and valuables are not to be left out of sight. Any lounges at the event are not guarded.
06 Photography & Recording
- If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, let the photographer know clearly and immediately.
- GO W!LD staff are not responsible for attendees photographing, but if staff are made aware that malicious photography* has taken place, staff may issue warnings or removal on a case-by-case basis.
- Do not secretly record people.
- Commercial photography or media coverage requires organizer approval.
- If someone asks you to stop photographing them, comply immediately.
- Be mindful before posting photos online and do not share identifying information without permission. Ask if you are unsure.
- GO W!LD staff may designate camera-free or quiet areas.
- GO W!LD staff may take photos/videos during events for marketing and archiving. By attending, you explicitly agree for GO W!LD to use photos/videos you appear in taken by our own photographer(s).
- GO W!LD photographer(s) will be clearly visible with a MEDIA badge.
*Malicious photography: photography in no-camera zones, compromising or very unflattering imagery of attendees, DJs or staff, or photography of someone who has explicitly informed that they wish not to be captured.
07 Dance Floor Etiquette
- Be aware of your surroundings and avoid reckless dancing.
- No pushing, crowding, moshing or dangerous physical activity.
- Keep walkways, exits and staff areas clear.
- Respect accessibility needs and mobility aids.
- Staff may intervene if the dance floor becomes unsafe.
08 Hygiene & Health
- Maintain good personal hygiene.
- Use deodorant and wear clean clothing/costumes.
- If you are sick or contagious, please stay home.
- Wash hands regularly and keep shared spaces clean.
- Dispose of trash properly.
09 Privacy & Doxxing
- Do not share another attendee's real name, workplace, address, phone number or personal information without permission.
- Doxxing, outing or malicious sharing of private information is strictly prohibited.
- Respect that some attendees separate their furry identity from their personal life.
10 Artist Conduct
- Artists must follow venue and organizer instructions.
- AI-generated content is prohibited and is not to be used in relation to GO W!LD.
- Artists are responsible for securing and the use of their own belongings.
11 Safety & Emergencies
- Follow all venue safety rules and evacuation instructions.
- Do not block exits or emergency equipment.
- Report unsafe behavior, harassment, injuries or suspicious activity to staff immediately.
- In emergencies, prioritize safety and cooperate with staff and authorities.
12 Staff Authority
- Event staff decisions are final regarding safety and rule enforcement.
- Attempting to evade a ban or re-enter after removal may result in permanent exclusion from future events.
- Harassing staff or volunteers will not be tolerated.
13 Behaviour
The following are prohibited in relation to GO W!LD:
- Violence or threats
- Theft or vandalism
- Illegal drug use or distribution
- Hate symbols or extremist imagery
- Unauthorized entry into restricted areas
14 Venue
The following are prohibited at our events:
- Pets
- Walking barefoot
- Tampering with venue equipment and/or fire-protection devices
- Entering restricted areas marked “Staff only”
- Smoking and vaping (e.g. electronic cigarettes) inside
- Carrying weapons
- Putting stickers at a spot not marked for stickers
- Sexual activities that are more than just light touching
15 Quiet & Chill Areas
- If designated quiet spaces exist, keep noise low and respect attendees decompressing there.
- Do not use chill areas for disruptive social gatherings.
16 Registration
- You must be 18 years old to attend our events. Certain events can be limited to a certain age group.
- GO W!LD events are private and require a valid pass/ticket to enter. Exceptions can be made by GO W!LD.
- Breach of the following can result in expulsion from the events, and may also invalidate the holder's pass/ticket:
- Falsifying your identity to gain access
- Impersonating another attendee and/or staff
- Falsifying a pass/ticket
- You may not impersonate any of our staff or event roles.
- Your pass/ticket must be accessible at all times, even in fursuit, in case of a check.
17 Reporting Problems
If you experience or witness a problem:
- Contact event staff, security or organizers immediately.
- Reports will be handled as discreetly as possible.
- Retaliation against someone making a report is prohibited.
18 Organizer Rights
Organizers reserve the right to:
- Refuse entry
- Remove attendees violating policies
- Adjust rules for safety reasons
- Cancel or pause activities if necessary
19 Liability for Damages
Attendees may be held financially responsible for damages caused by negligence, reckless behavior, intentional misconduct or violation of event rules. Organizers reserve the right to impose reasonable fees or require reimbursement for costs resulting from damage to:
- Venue property
- Audio/lighting equipment
- Decorations or installations
- Furniture or fixtures
- Rental equipment
- Staff or organizer property
Examples include, but are not limited to
- Tampering with DJ or venue equipment resulting in malfunction or breakage
- Damage caused by dangerous behavior on the dance floor
- Intentional vandalism
- Causing unnecessary emergency cleaning or repair costs
- Cleaning and evacuation fees as a result of smoking inside
Severe cases may also be referred to venue management, security, insurance providers or law enforcement where applicable.
